Yeah my my dog has heat spots really bad and my stepmom doesnt want to take her to a vet, my neighbor said she has to though and i was wondering if there was any way to get rid of them at home????

They are "hot spots" You shave the hair around them, scrub them with a mild soap or bathe the dog, them sprinkle with Gold Bond powder.
You might want to use a flea medication, because fleas are usually the problem!!!!!!!

use benzylbenzoate. and if its on the neck remove her collar or anything that might irritate it more. If that doesnt work - Vet.
