I'd get a used 2002 Chevy Trailblazer...mileage in the high teens, can tow 5000 lbs and room for 5 people...resale isnt that strong because GM made tons of them, but they're very reliable

if you get one, get the 6 cyl--the V8 is extra power you won't need--the 6 cyl has 275hp and endless torque

lowest priced? it depends on if your looking for a new or used model if u want a used model pretty much anything id say a 4 runner or a tacoma or a s-10 zr4 or a colorado or a blazer 4x4 or a trailblazer. it depends on how much you want to spend and what yo are looking for. i think the cheapest new truck you can buy would be a mazda its a ford product "ranger" same thing just not the name u need to do someresearch and decide what u want to do then ask.

1) Don't get a car payment. Save until you have enough to buy it and not have to be subject to car loans.

2) Buy a car thats a few years old. A used/pre-owned car will be a better investment in the long run and will be just as fine.

3) I don't know specific cars, but you'll have to be careful. Big and great gas mileage don't always go hand-in-hand.

My mom just got a Ford Escape. She's been getting 23 mph driving around town and back & forth to work. We didn't think it would be big enough for what we wanted, but it actually has more room than you'd think just by looking at the outside. We brought and armoire home in it one night. GL

Go pre-owned and buy what you like. Check out vehix.com and do some comparisons. A pre-owned Jeep Wrangler would be a good choice. Great for summer or winter.
