Simple answer? Yes, forget about the age. If he makes you feel happ and you genuinely like him, age shouldnt matter. How can I say this? Because currently I'm involved with a woman 5 years older than me and everything is going beautifully. The only concern is if you want to make the relationship permanent, he may not be ready yet. But since it only seems to have been one date, relax, enjoy it. It may be just waht you need

I don't know how you can date a younger guy like that. I'm 28 now but when I was 21 I ONLY dated guys 10-15 years older then me. I never dated guys my same age or younger because the immaturity factor. I could not tolerate that. If it doesn't bother you, or if this guy's pretty levelheaded, then go for it. But I ended up marrying a guy who is 8 yrs. older then me and it's just great - for me, I need someone older.

You're not acting like a girlygirl, but a nuttynut....Age aint nothing but a number....he's younger teach him...if he's older learn!! That simple...love is blind and you're too bust looking around at things that are rediculouse (so is my spelling haha) focus on how you feel and how you make that people feel..if it's all good......well,...it's all good. I say two peas in a bucket.....F*** IT. Be strong and be a woman.....get what you want!!! No No you cant have me girl....I dont even know you!!! haha j/k. If the feelings are there...why should you care!!! There are only two times when age matters.....the person is old as hell or you'll go to jail!!!!!! haha good luck!

Yes you should. Age is just a number. It shouldn't matter in the least. What about women that date guys 20 and 30 years OLDER than them? Is there a problem with that?

It really shouldnt matter but if it bother you , you should ask yourself these questions
(1) does he act immature?
(2) does he respect you and treat you like you deserve?
(3)do you constanly remin yourself of his age, using it as a conscious barrier to stop the feelings for him if you have any ?
if you answer yes to the first question then maybe its not a good idea but if youanwer yes to the last 2 questions, i think there is a possibility that you have a good thing here lady .
Remember, age is how you feel , not what it says on your birth certifiate so dont let your misconceptions about age and relationship make you loose a good man.
plus you only have one life to live so live it to the fullest and havbe fun withhim if he makes you happy and stop sweating the small stuff.
Goodluck

forget the age thing. if you spend alot of time thinking about it, then you won't ever be able to appreciate him (or any other younger guy) for what and who they are. you will be so caught up on how much older you are. its not like he was 16 or anything. my husband is exactly 11 years older than me, and i know a girl who's now ex husband was 18 yrs older than her.

yea seriously your old enough to legally be an adult so just act like one and forget about it. Do the two of you get along? are you happy?? i'm only 23, and i know that the older you get the less it matters if there's an age difference. Life's not about age differences its about being happy and getting along with whomever you please and having the freedom to do what you want......well for starters anyways. Just get over it or it'll be the death of the relationship.

if it's only 4 years: yes, forget about the age thing.
Most important thing is that the two of you make each other happy. Age doesn't necessarily have to do with that.

my guy of 35 years is 2 years younger then i, we get along fine, age has nothing to do with compatibility, plus my best buddy is 10 years younger then i and we have fun also. just the fact that he's a fox and we both know it makes it fun also.

Your out of school, so no one is gonna judge you on dating a younger guy. If you like him there is no reason for you not to date him. Age doesn't matter, it's whether you're comfortable with him that matters.
