She's not really interested in her ball or string. Sometimes she likes to pounce at my fingers when I wiggle them across the bed to her like a snake.

A ping pong ball or a wad of paper is good for them to play soccer with, and sharpens their skills. Anything that is not big enough to swallow basically because she will play with anything that moves!

Dont use your fingers as toy because that will make them aggresive when you want to pet them.

Mine like ribbons but be careful that the baby doesnt eat it, or get tangled.

Frankly, kittens generally play with anything they find interesting. Paper bags, lightly crumpled balls of tin foil and sheets of broadcloth fabric under which you wriggle your fingers will keep most kittens amused for hours - usually in the middle of the night when everyone else is trying to sleep!

Assuming your kitten is healthy and has received a clean bill of health by a veterinarian, then her behaviour is not only normal, it's what makes them so adorable. Cats are predators - yes, it's hard to imagine a sweet little furry kitten as a predator - but they are nevertheless. Consequently, a lot of a kitten's behaviour centres on hunting and killing games; pouncing, scratching with their razor sharp claws and biting with their needle sharp teeth. Very young kittens can't always focus very well and so nature has designed for them ultrasensitive hearing and perception of movement. This is why she likes to pounce on your fingers when they wiggle - it's the rapid movement that attracts her.
However, I have owned many kittens and cats in my life and I have not heard of a healthy kitten not wanting to play with her ball or string. While it's good that she will pounce on your fingers, you may still want to get her looked at by the vet just to make sure she isn't ill.

My kitten developed a fondness for plastic bottle caps (like from a soda bottle or a gallon milk jug). He carries them around in his mouth, and if he wants attention, he will bring one and drop it by my feet. If I throw it down the hall, he'll bring it back to me just like a little dog. It's so cute & funny to watch. I would also suggest a hangy thing (like the fish on a string or a feather hung from a long piece of material...you can find them cheap at any Wal-Mart) or something with a bell in it to catch her attention.

Cats make their own toys and they each like a specific kind of toy. My first cat loved pompoms and my two cats love a slinky thats been cut and twisted up, they chase it around and bring it back to us to play fetch, cats usually always love string too but be careful because they can involuntarily swallow the string. Try a bunch of different toys, kittens will play with almost anything and you will know their favorite toy because it will continue to drive them nuts into adult hood.

I'd say try one of those red laser lights, or a flashlight in the dark. Cats always love chasing a light :)
