My ex's has told me that his new girlfriend is very jealous of his relationships with his female friends. I still have feelings for him and want him back...so I'd like to sabotage his relationship with her by having her look crazy and jealous. I'd like to send an anonymous email to some of his other female friends and make it appear like it's from her, so that he'll think she's psycho and will break up with her. Any ideas on what I could say that would lead him to believe it is really her?? Obviously it's got to be something that he can't point the finger back at me! :-)

You are psycho yourself. Get real. You won't win him back by doing things like that, even if he doesn't know about it.
If you want to be a loser, do it your way. If not, realise that people move on and you should learn to too.

Your best bet?
Do nothing. Don't even act interested. The reason for this is twofold.
First, he will be more attracted to a girl he can't have and that doesn't seem interested. You will seem over him.
Second, you are playing this so cool that anything the new girl does will look completely whacked out by comparison.
To summarize this, you will only damage your position if you try something underhanded. If you see him, be friendly, but casual. If you cry, or say you miss him or anything like that, you give up the high ground and the upper hand. Let this new girl dig her own grave. She's the jealous type, she will mess up. As long as you don't give her sound reasons to be jealous of you she will look like an idiot.

Wouldn't you prefer to have him back because he wants to be back with you, out of feelings for you, or him realizing how special you are, instead of he wanting you back because his current relationship didn't work and he'll go back to you until he finds someone else. Sneakiness could get him back, but it isn't going to last unless it's based on honest feelings. I don't think any woman should be a guys "back-up" girl. It's a very undignified role. Learn to love and respect yourself. If things didn't work out with you two then it means you deserve something more, based on love not pettiness. Let go of the past and let them be, if he is meant to be with you he will realize it by himself without "sabotage" interventions by you. If he realizes it to late and you already are with someone else, then boo-hoo for him.

Shouldn't have to do anything. If she's that jealous, she'll do it all by herself. Just stay in touch and be his 'friend' so he'll have someone to come crying to.
By the way, shows a lot of class that you want to break his heart to get him back.

oooh lala i know excactly what to do! if your good friends with her tell her she should get a new do and ask her to come over at your house to get a trim and say your mom's a barbershop gal and she teach's you these things and then once you get her over put some cucumber's in her eye's say it's good for her ad trim make her look like a freako! then take her and wrap it in a towel and say it's good for the hair then play sweet give her some freaky clothe's and make her promise to wear it because you did the so called awesome do...
