yes, it's possible, chemo drugs are very strong, you can usually smell them in urine and feces so it's definately possible to smell them if you throw up.

yes, my husband was considered terminal & given 6 months but with aggressive chemo he beat it. During Chemo he said he tasted the chemicals regardless if he was puking or not & he smelled of chemicals all the time.

Not sure, but you do get very nauseous. Honestly, speaking from experience, try marijuana. It's the only thing that truly helped me get through chemotherapy.
