This is so embarrassing but when I was showering this morning the bar of soap which has become quite small from use, slipped up my anus. I tried to go in there with tweezers but it only seemed to cause injury. It stings like SHlT and I can hardly sit down. I tried to poop it out but I can't. What should I do?
