I think it'd look cute either way, your complexion could hold either color.

I like you as a brunette...and blonde is far too over rated anyway. :) But if you still wanna get blonde streaks, go to Target and buy the Herbal Essences streaking products. It worked great in my hair!

If you want to do it go to a salon. Don't bleach it your self. You will only fry it and make it course. Remember that once you do it your hair will never be the same as it once was. It completely changes the chemistry of your hair.
Good Luck

you're not that much of a 'brunette'- go blonde highlights,better..
you have dark eyebrows - and unless you plan on bleaching them for the rest of your life- stick to your hair color

Well I think that if you are questioning that then you should just try some highlights or talk to your stylist to see if it would look good with your skin tone or not.

sure why not, you can always go back to brown. try a semi-permanent hair color first to see is you like it then if you don't it will wash out after so many washings.

maybe some blonde highlites so it's not so dramatic. do it professionally though so your hair doesn't turn orange or something.
