exercise by itself doesn't give you a six pack
everyone has a six pack because everyone has abs
the problem is the fat between your skin and the abs
so any aerobic exercixe that burns calories along with a good diet/nutrition plan will give you what you want.

just exercising your abs doesn't expose them.

It doesn't work the abs but it has great fat-burning benefits which makes whatever muscles you have more defined. Still have to do crunches to get the 6-pack abs. You can also suck in your abs while cycling but it does not have the same effect as crunches.

I don't think it does so much. I have a friend who runs a lot and has very defined stomach muscles and she cycled around NZ for a few weeks and lost a lot of her muscle definition around her stomach and got insane calf muscles instead.

Very true what was said ^^^ about basic reduction of fat by doing aerobic activity though.

Going on long bike rides can exercise quite a few muscles like your legs muscles, stomach muscles and i suppose there would exercise a few more.

Yes, so does running or jogging. But if you really want nice abs, do situps or crunches or somthing. That would work faster.

It helps you lose fat, which allows your abs to be more noticeable.
