Tell him to leave you alone and that you want no more contact with him. Make it very clear, and state it as simply as possible. Write down the time and date you have told him this.
If he contacts you again, write down the time and date immediately, on the same piece of paper. Keep it handy, maybe on a clip board. Hang up as soon as you know it is him. Do not engage in conversation. As soon as you get a dial tone, call the police. Ask them what kind of complaint you can file in this situation. You don't have to dial 911, just call the number and get the advice. Follow through with the advice. Write down on your record the name of the officer you reached and what his or her advice was.
If he contacts you again, you will probably be able to get some sort of restraining order. Remember, once you tell him "no contact" you can not backslide and engage with this man again in any kind of conversation that isn't government mandated. (Such as if youhave to share custody and need to discuss something to do with that.)

Good luck.

Tell him you want a Christian man, then say good bye. If you already have kids and they're already named, then changing their names would traumatize them and wanting to do so is all about him being selfish. He can grow up and get over it.

I'd consider a restraining order.

This guy sounds like he has mental problems.

I don't get it...
But if he's upset over a name then you're going to face bigger problems.
