Get to know him better, be a friend, smile, laugh, flirt but don't be a tease. Then, once you get to know him, find out if he's taken/has a girlfriend and then if not, let him know you are interested. You can give him direct eye contact, lightly touch his arm, smile at him a lot, and then finally get up the courage to ask him out if he by then still hasn't asked you out. Get close with a friend of his and open up to him that you like his friend in a subtle way. THe friend will tell your crush and hopefully come back to you and tell you to go for it.

get a way to spend more time with him. like a party or a get- together at the local hot spot. just start talking to him and be cool and yourself. eventually by knowing you- you should ask him out and he might just say yes!
