I can telL you exactly how they get them! They are sold to chilis and other food chains by THE CHEESECAKE FACTORY. I ONLY KNOW BECAUSE I AM A CLIENT

I've worked in the food industry. Seeing as they are a chain, it might be better if you don't find out how they are making it. I'm serious.
