Usually the local human society has cut rates for this to be done.

No cheap place - just the vets. You want it done correctly and your puppy to be safe. Getting her fixed is the best thing to do. There are so many unwanted animals in the world we don't need any more!
Call around to a few local pets and get a quote. You'll need to know and estimate on how much she weighs.

You don't supply enough information to answer your question. Where are you located? City, State?
There are usually free or low cost spay/neuter clinics in must urban and suburban areas. You can call the local chapter of the ASPCA, or your municipal animal control unit, or even a local vet to find out about one.

Your local humane society can do it. But they will only have cut rates if you are low income. Best bet is to shop around veterinarians and ask how much is end cost. Unlike human procedures in hospitals, they can and do give you complete costs for animals. Kinda sad we as humans can't get the same courtesy.

Usually your local Animal Care & Control or SPCA can give you a list of places that perform discounted spay/neuters. You may want to look in the phone book as well.

Your local animal shelter should offer low-cost spay and neutering programs. My local animal shelter only charges between $120-155 to spay or neuter a dog, depending on the dog's weight and sex.

Ask your local humane society for references--they will be glad to help because it will mean less puppies to worry about in the future.

Call your local animal shelter, they sometimes have days set up for uncostly spay/neuter and microchipping of peoples dogs.
