I don't know what u think but sometimes I have felt that when someone has broken my heart, the world is being destroyed around me..I am not being dramatic...but real love feels like thar...WHAT DO U THINK??

ya i ve felt like that before..u cry at night .. u keep thinkin about it all day..u remember all situations happened between u and ur love even little details then u cry again

Most people don't feel that way because they never know real love. Real love is giving a part of yourself to someone else, you are sacrificing a part of your soul, when they break your heart, you lose that part. So yes people do feel that they are dying. Physically due to stress mentally due to the sacrifice that you made.
