answer: because he is a brother and brothers are pains. trust me i have one that is the same way, but i wouldnt trade him for anything. hes a butthole to me, but a great uncle to my baby girl!

same with my brother he is such a pain in the butt! if he is in his pre teen stage then he is probaly goin through puberty!

Do your parents know? Perhaps you need to talk with them about him...but, before you take it to them you could tell him that you want to talk to him about why he treats you in a manner that you consider inappropriate.
