Yes! It gives me a spiritual charge for the rest of the week...

It helps me to focus on what is important in my life...

It helps me understand what the Scriptures describe.

I LOVE going to church! We attend Sunday School and Worship services every Sunday. Our children are VERY active in the youth groups, my husband is active with the men's bible study and I'm active with the women's study. I would not trade the fellowship time with other members of my church for the world! God is first and foremost in my life and what better way to glorify Him than to fellowship with His other children!

no... if i were looking for like-minded people, a church would be the last place i'd go. Although I did go to a baptism for my gf's sister and her kids, and the priest was a bespectacled liberal white woman! (only in Connecticut would this ever happen!!) and she gave a wonderful sermon on environmental stewardship and the UN's millenium initiatives, so I would consider her like minded. But I'm not down with singing hymns or taking communion or anything like that.

it's odd for me-- I rarely feel like going but enjoy the feeling i get while there and after i leave...I don't enjoy the people that much.. seems like a lot of political and snobbery. I don't even care for the minister.. but I feel a funny peace and actually learn from the sermons and prayer. So i guess i'd say i like being in church

Absolutely! I try to be there every time the doors are open. I love to worship my Lord, and be around my sisters, and Brothers in Christ. We have a wonderful Pastor, that preaches the gospel. I learn more about Jesus, and the Bible. it helps me to understand more, and grow in the Lord. When Jesus saved me, He gave me the desire to go to church, and serve Him. My church is part of my Family.
