Any of these answers are wonderful. You sound like an awesome son that would make any Mom really proud. A ten dollar budget can go a long way with some creative ideas. The personal gift, or something made by you is great. Are you an artist? If you can draw something nice and use the frame idea to frame your work of art! You can buy a big poster board and make a great big birthday card and personalize it with pictures of you with your Mom. Anything you do, trust me, your Mom will love. Just remembering is all some Mommy's need to make their special day bright!

all u give her it's good because the mothers love all that the son give her
or make a large letter for her saying u love her and 2 have a nice day
and things like u are the best mom i knew all my life
u can ask to your dad if he gives u money for buying something
don't buy something for cleaning the house
it's better something like clothes or a kind of candy u know that she loves
and the most important be friendly with her
and make a dinner for her

the only thing that would really touch her heart is something hand made yourself. save that ten dollars for something else. there's nothing more that a mother loves as a gift than something that her own child made.

One red roses....with a poetry. Put it in her pillow @night....kiss her...and sing a song "happy birthday" @ 00.00 am....
