i want/ need to lose at least 5 pounds in 30 days how long should i exercise and what exercises should i do but i cant crash diet cuz i am hypoglycemic i want to lose fat in my belly and thighs and butt

HERE ARE THE BASICS:

1. you lose weight by consuming fewer Calories than you burn
2. you gain weight by consuming more Calories than you burn.
3. you should be concerned with losing FAT, not weight. There are 3500 Calories/Lbs of fat. To lost one pound of fat/week you have to burn 3500 Calories/week more than you consumed. there are 2500 Calories in a pound of muscle.
4. You should be more concerned with your percent body fat, not your weight.
5. the best, most effective way or burning fat is by combining weight-training and cardio exercise. The more muscle you have, the higher your metabolism will be. You will burn more calories all day long, including while you sleep. A health body fat percentage for males is 7-18%, females 18-24% (approximate numbers).
6. you should eat 6-8 small meals each day - this will prevent you from eating 3 large meal which will slow your metabolism while your body works to digest the large quantity of food.

As a general rule of thumb, you should be weight-training 3-4 times per week and performing cardio 3-5 times per week.

Consider hiring a personal trainer (ISSA certified) and a nutritionist. The money spent on these services is worth more than spending money on pills and potions.

You should really consult a nutritionist - there are some special considerations since you are hypoglycemic.

Cant assure you how many pounds you loose but if you follow the following points i bet they can do wonders for you
1.Heavy breakfast including egg,milk & other protein diets , light
lunch eating more salads ,lightest dinner.
2.Breakfast means Break the fast of long night & from d mornin we start burnin energy so we need a lot of food supply in mornin.
3.Light dinner coz the more u eat at night the more will be accumalated as fat coz u dont burn much energy while sleepin.
4. NO NON-VEG,FAST FOOD,ALCOHAL,OIL FRIED FOOD.
5.Excercise only in the morning before breakfast coz in the mornin sugar level is low n empty stomach will led to more fat burn for energy supply.
6.Start playing football or basketball or long running.
7.Running at a moderate speed for more than half hour continuesly is the best way to loose fat.
8.Only crunches wont help much coz theyll only build muscels from inside widout loosing much fat from outside.
9.Regular exercise is the only way so follow it.
10.I have put some effort in writin whole this just to help u,so i hope u wont dissappoint me.
11.Life is short enjoy it.Be happy dan ull loose more fat.

Excercise (like jogging) two or three times a week for 20-30 minutes. Eat a balanced diet as well. Good luck!

Crash diets aren't a good idea anyway.

Walk- a lot. Climb stairs when you can. If you have access to a swimming pool, go swimming: That cool water would probably feel good right about now anyway.

you can loose alot more that 5 lbs in 30 days. what i say is go to a local gym and do that or go to the park and walk run. even just walking up the stairs is good exercise.

I have found this out, you cannot just exercise you have to find it occupying too! So make a challenge or task with your exercise , get involved in something or imagine you are racing someone in a race to make it something to look forward to and exciting.

you can do kickboxing pilateas yoga areobicos or just regular exercise and healthy foods but only drink water

Do lots of crunches every day,try doing lunges for your legs, and it should help your but as well!
