I would like to read more about this, in Palm Beach County rumers are flying about a shelter or our ACand Control using some type of a cage that crushes the animal to euthanize.... I cant find anyting on the web.... Please help!

Well if it's a rumor then don't listen to it because usually shelters are going to have a HUMANE way to euthinize there animals but if it's true I don't think it's very humane! If it is true that's just cruel!

In today's society, there are FAR too many people who work in shelters that would have reported this to authorities immediately. Many many years ago, this may have been acceptable. Not now and not in any state run facility. To my knowledge, injection is most commonly used. Call the facility, and ask, there is no reason they can't answer a question.
