I think that the existence of mosquitoes only adds to the discomfort of man in nature, I dont see any use for their presence in the world.

the little blood suckers serve a useful purpose in transfering minute amounts of blood from organism to organism

for instance: a mosquito sucks the blood out of a dog, then flies around then lands on a human...sucks some blood...then onto another human...sucks some blood

all the time mixing
all the time storing

makes me wonder about various viruses and how they might someday mutate where mosquitos could infect by sucking blood...then sucking more blood...then sucking more blood

all the time mixing
all the time storing

all the time transmitting
all the time transferring

They are a major source of food for birds, frogs, fish, and others.

Because you find them distasteful does not mean that they do not have a purpose.
