No disrespect to men, but research has shown that men don't worry as much as women do. As women, its in our nature to constantly think about what we've done that day or will have to do the next day. The best thing to do is try relaxation methods before bedtime. Key word TRY. It doesn't work for me.

women tend to worry more and have more stuff on their brain. Men are able, at the end of the day, to let the days events go and not think about tomorrow and go to sleep. Women stay awake analyzing their day, what they did wrong, what was good, what they didn't get done, and what they have to do tomorrow. Bills, work, errands and so on fill a woman's minds making sleep harder to come by since the mind is so active.

Men work all day and do most all of the physical work at home.
Men exert more energy during sex and are tired afterwards.
Men drink more beer.
Meanwhile, women have to think back 5 to 20 years to see if there are any criticisms they should remind their husband about.

its been to the best of my knowledge and experience that men do fall asleep faster than women!

because women think about the day and the days to come before we go to sleep...men just dont care and fall asleep

We get tired of hearing ya'll talk in bed. J/K Not sure, but my girlfriend falls asleep before me.

we dont wear make-up to work but boots. some of us work way too hard to earn a living but it is so nice to come home to a good woman when the day is done. I think that is also why we die younger. its worth it though.
