If you're clean coming out of the shower, do you still make a point to dry your rear & privates with a different part of the towel (or different towel alltogether) than you use for your face?

No, if you just dry your face first. Nobody wants genital germs on their face, but few people mind face germs on their genitals. Haha. You can use a different towel the next day.

I always do. I use the end with the tag for my rear and the opposite end for my face.
