I know FBI requires a 4 year degree, but that shouldn't be a problem since the military will pay for college.

So if i have my degree, coming from the AF Special Operations. Do you think i'll be able to join the FBI?

I don't know what position to be in. There is TACP, Combat Control, Pararescue...and so on. Which one is the best to be in?

Actually you would have a better chance of being accepted into the FBI if you have an Intelligence background. I was strongly suggests researching careers in Air Force Intelligence. Also, talk to your local Air Force recruiter about the different career options in Military Intelligence and which ones would better help you opportunities of being selected into the FBI.

Also, it doesn't matter what career field you decide to get into in the Air Force. The primary requirements for the FBI is that you have a college degree and a solid work history. In other words no matter what your job in the Air Force, if you perform your duties exceptionally this will look good on your résumé when applying for the FBI.

Do not assume you will get your degree in the 4 years you are in the millitary. Infact if you join the special ops community it would be damn near impossible to even get 2 years done. You go to the FBI website and talk to one of thier recruiters to find out the real answer to this question. Expect to complette another 2-3 years of school once you leave the military though, unless you pick a different job.
