do you use any of the pre-planned dinner websites?? or any of the on-line grocery websites??

i've heard ads for supersuppers.com and other online sites to plan ahead meals and have them delivered to you frozen and also online grocery stores and then your order is delivered to you....but i'm wondering how well they work and is the delivered product very good.

so, anyone use any of these sites??? if so, what's your opinion??
