I just ate soup and realized it had alot. Can I flush it out with water...how much would it take?

Im not supposed to consume so much sodium...I am diabetic. I have it all under control, but a friend made lunch and doesnt know about my condition. Im sorry I am freaking out, but I want to stay in control.

Go for a long walk while sipping mineral water along the way. The exercise will do you good, and the sweating will help rid you of the sodium.

maybe 12 to 16 oz TOPS. your body is a very sophisticated machine, and it is very capable of correcting for a poor eating decision here or there. don't fret over it too much, you're body is great at telling you what it needs.
