Girl in the Atlanta we got a 1 Stop shop and a gang of Dollar Stores....they are usually the cheapest...Oh yeah Big Lots is cheap as hell too!

Each area is different (city, etc.). I would do a little research and call around to the different stores. Don't forget that tax free weekend if you have it, is this weekend.
