First thing to do is to lie to your mother. Next you'll be pissed-off and wonder why she doesn't trust you.
Here's one for you I'm SURE she'll believe...
Tell her your going to a seminar on how to spell, speak and punctuate the English language (that means spelling words correctly; placing commas, periods, capitalizing, etc. in sentences / paragraphs and speaking correctly, because I'm SURE that you speak like you write!)
And remember..."There's nothing cool about being ignorant and immaturity IS NOT cute!"

Remind her that it is your birthday and you would like to do what you want to do and that is go out with your boyfriend. It's really pretty simple!
