What I do works, put a little dish-washing liquid and hot water in the sauce pan and put it back on the stove, bring it to a bottle, let it simmer for about 5 minutes, take it of the stove, taker a dish-washing brush and brush the egg off, will the boiling water is still in the saucepan. When done if there are any rest thrioe the water out and use a scrub sponge to get rid of it and presto!

any chef will tell you to do it i the microwave

recipe
3 eggs
a little bit of cream
salt and pepper
nob of butter

1 min in microwave and whisk
and then a further 35 seconds

the reason i do it in plastic tub is because as a chef you want to prevent as much work as possible, also a microwave removes water from the eggs and when you cook it in pan it doesnt thats why the colour changes are so obvious between the too.
if you want to do it traditionally a bain mairie which is just like how you melt chocolate in a bowl over hot water, but it does take along time. and you do have to keep whisking

Try adding some olive oil to the pan before you make the scramble eggs, this should make the pan easier to clean when you have done your eggs

Soak it in very hot soapy water, then scrub it with a scrubby sponge. It should not scratch the surface if it is a "non-stick" pan. Best is to rinse it off while it is fresh if you know the pan will sit around for a while before cleaning.

I wish I knew! I only ever scramble eggs in my extremely well coated heavy based teflon frying pan for that very reason - good luck!

Put water and a little washing up liquid in the pan. Put back on the stove and boil for a few minutes - it will then wash easily.
