I once liked this guy. He always flirted with me and looked into my eyes. And he always let on like he wanted me. Well, I asked him out (yes I know girls don't do that) and it turns out he didn't like me. Well..he actually lied. He said he couldn't go out with me cuz he had a gf. I know for a fact that he didn't have a gf, but got one the day after! Now, to beat it all, He is flirting with my best friend! AND SHE WON'T TELL HIM TO STOP!! She is the one I got to tell him how I feel, which makes me wonder what she said. He was one of my friends before, and he still wants to talk to me and be friends. But I can't stand him anymore! What should I do?

He just enjoys your attention and stringing you along makes him feel more powerful.
Your best friend enjoys his attention, and the fact that it's from a guy that you like, gives her one-up on you, which validates her own self-worth. Quit confiding in her with your feelings--she is only exploiting your trust.
Keep your distance from both of them. They both, are only playing your emotions for their own self-serving neediness. They have self-doubt, and by stepping on you, they feel better about themselves. They deserve each other.
Hang out with people who show more empathy and consideraton. You deserve better...

You should ask him what your bestfriend told him about you, becuase it sounds like maybe your friend likes him. and she could have said **** about you to him.. Girls tend to be bitchy like that.... It really depends on what your bestfriend is like, and if your wondering about what she said, it most likely means you dont trust her all that much..
Get over the fact that this kid didn't like you. By telling you he had a girlfriend, he was trying not to hurt your feelings. Guys just suck at it....
You should still be his friend, and eventually you'll forget all about what happenned.
As for your friend, tell her how you feel. I can tell you right now that she won't TELL him not to flirt with her... how retarded would that sound, "Um sorry but my bestfriend used to like you so um, would you please stop flirting with me?" yeah, thats not gonna happen.... but tell your bestfriend how much it pisses you off to see her flirt back... if she doesn't stop at least a little after that, she's a complete and total *****........
