I am looking to get into the management field. My Major was Business Administration.

There's really anything and everything out here. A lot of financial business dowtown etc. Not just the production companies out here. I would start checking the latimes, and other job searches to get an idea.

Amgen in Westlake Village is supposed to be a great place to work. Also try Entertainment Arts in Playa Vista/Playa del Rey (they make the EA Sports video games and others).

It isn't like Los Angeles is a one factory town. There are tons and tons of companies to work for. Your better off figuring out what types of jobs you want to do and what type of connections you have and then figuring out if the company is any good.

Well, I've had family members who worked for Nestle, Nokia and Kraft out here. All companies had great benefits. You should check out their websites for job listings.

Go to Monster.com they have alot of jobs in the L.A. area...Good Luck
