no hot water works better because it gets off grease much easier than the cold water. and also dish washer is bad for your dished because you eat all of the soap even if it's clean so it's better to use hot water and cold water to do your dishes

Cold water is actually best when washing anything. Why do you think hospitals, and other sterile fields are kept so cold? Germs can not live in cold temperatures, so just stick with cold while washing dishes.
