Don't fall into her trap,what's more important, a romp with mommy dearest, or your relationship with your friend. This sounds like a case of "do I still have what it takes to land a young gun?) move on to something more obtainable.

Go for it. Older women are great. When I was 23, I went out with my friends mom and she was 44. Not very pretty, but she had a great body. We had the best 3 months and the sex was incredible. She wasn't shy to try anything.

Do nothing, she is only trying to be friendly towards you. If you try something, 2 things will happen. You will look like an idiot cause she will say no straight away and your friendship with your friend will be over. Go for girls your own age.

Well, that's kinda weird. And i have a friend who sleep with his best friend's mom.Believe me, it wasn't pretty. So be careful..and maybe...find yourself a girlfriend. :)
