If it is Russian, it is "Это новый день себодния", "Today is a new day". I'd rather say "Себодния - новый день."

what's the lenguage? it is probable that "eta novwee den sevodyna" it's the phonetic spelling -representing the sounds of speech- from a lenguage that doesn't use our alphabet, like russian, arabic, hindu, don't know..

It is Russian - brahe has the right answer.
I like to call it Russlish - it is a way to write/pronounce russian without using cyrillic characters
