Im homeschooled so I dont get much action. How do I ask a girl out, how long do I have to tlk to her.....etc stuff like that any help would be appreciated.

If you are lucky, there is a miniature golf course nearby. If that is the case, invite her to lunch (or dinner) and miniature golf.
Not only is Miniature golf fun but it is also a great way to learn about somebody. As you are playing, you have plenty of time to ask questions, joke around and just have a great time. It also give you a chance to see how competitive your date is. Does she get angry if she make a bad shot or does she laugh it off for the game it is? Does she get angry if she is losing or is it still a fun game? Does she brag like an immature child if she is winning or does she try to keep you happy and comfortable. All are important things to learn about a person you want to date.
As for the actual invitation, call her up and tell her that you are in the mood to go play some miniature golf and that she is the first person you though of when you were thinking about who to play miniature golf with. She will probably ask you why she was the first and this is your opportunity to tell her that you find her interesting (in a positive way) and you would like to get to know her better.
Just be friendly, caring and considerate and do your best to make her feel happy and comfortable. This might be the first of many future dates!

Well for starters, u need to FIND a girl...so try shopping malls, ur neighborhood, ur friends friends...if ur meeting someone random, flatter them so u got their attention...hopefully u have a humorous side yet a sweet side as well...and just be like "ur a really great girl, and i'd love to take u out"..see what u get
