Crockpot recipes are always good. You can get a variety of recipes at foodnetwork.com. Just throw your ingredients in the pot and come home to an awesome-smelling house.

My family also likes to buy those prepared rotisserie chickens from Sam's Club.

Again, watch the Food Network sometimes--like thirty minute meals with Rachel Ray. Again, searching for recipes on foodnetwork.com is easy, and they always have a wide variety of whatever you're looking for!

Did you ever use a crock pot??
All you have to do is in the morning put a chicken in it and put the lid on and turn it on!(Yes, you have enough time in the morning. It takes one Minute!)
When you come home, it smells like somebody came in and cooked your dinner!
The smell of the food cooking will give you the ambition to fix something to go with it.
Maybe a salad or some rice.
You can put all kinds of stuff in the crock pot.
Beef roast
Pork roast
Ribs - I always add BBQ sauce.
It sure beats getting out all the stuff that a recipe calls for and cleaning up a big mess, when you are so tired. Good luck.

I like the food network Giada is my favorite... here's a really good pasta dish, I cook it for my fiance and I all the time he loves it also its quick and very easy.
Boil a salted pot with water cook a package of bow-tie noodles (farfalle) in a separate (the largest saute pan you have add a couple tsp of butter, package of mushrooms (specifically dark mushrooms like Bella's or cremini's but whatever you like) saute about 5 min add asparagus (cut up like maybe one long stem cut in thirds, cut a "bunch" of asparagus) saute together with mushrooms. Now add bow-tie (as long as they are cooked) to the saute pan with mushrooms and asparagus and add 1 cup of mascapone cheese found at vons, sprinkle some nutmeg, salt, pepper and you are done.... oh and add when its done a 1/2 walnut (believe me its really good) and fresh shredded Parmesan cheese. Its really easy and fun.... takes about 20 minutes and you'll have lots of leftovers. Let me know if you like it... good luck!

I know a perfect mini pizza resipe! all you need is english muffins prego sause and cheese plus any other topping.
First you lightly toast the muffins so they wont get soggy. Then add the sause and cheese and topping. Then put the oven on Broil and put the pizza in for 2 min. or when the cheese melts. Its so delisios and takes no more then 10 min. Hope you enjoy!
