Well, my little cousin is like only 10 and he is 115 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!And he really needs advice to lose weight fast.And remember that he's only ten so tips for preteens.I am worried because he eats only 1 meal a day.PLease give him some advice that actually works.PLease give advice that works.He exercises like crazy everyday but he stills gains and gains.SO please.

He checked the doctor.All the doc said was to go try sports.He plays soccer for a tem and for fun but still no weight loss.

He exercises for 6 hrs. everday but that doesn't help.He is getting weaker and weaker.

he should see a pediatrician to rule out any medial problems. next the reason he might be gaining weight is because he only eats one meal a day his body thinks he is starving so it stores every thing he eats as fat , he should eat 3 small meals a day and 2 snacks in between keep it healthy exp. yogurt ,fruit , salad popcorn ,angel food cake with fruits, and since he is already working out he might try different work out tapes exp belly dancing much more entertaining than step tapes hope it helps

First your cousin should be checked by a doctor. He might have an endocrine (hormone) problem that affects his weight. At his age he should have a doctor's advice before going on any diet.

He needs to see a doctor, if he's exercising and eating right, but only one meal a day that's not eating right
