Just tell he what it is you like about her looks. Like if you like her shirt or her hair. Tell her something you like about her face like her eyes or smile. Let her know that you are attracted to her and you wont sound cheesy.

It never sounds cheesy when coming from someone we want to hear it from (unlike a stranger at a bar). She will be flattered, we love to hear it!!!

but why u don't want... the majority of girls like that the boyfriend say that they are pretty
if u are so cold she's gotta be bored and she'll think u don't want to be with her
