old town tortilla factory - very romantic patio, good food
az88 - more the latter two than the first, but if you go when it's not crazy on the weekends it could be romantic
bandera - great atmosphere...try the cornbread!
cowboy ciao - i've heard it's great, but i can't recommend it personally
roaring fork - haven't been there either but heard great things
(all of the above are in/near downtown scottsdale... just google em for directions!)
