Wow... poor dog. See if you can get ahold of those pictures. I'm not sure about the legal qualms about setting up a camera in someone's private home, and besides, I seriously doubt you'd want to see the images in that camera anyway. X-P
Call the local... SPCA, ASPCA, Humane Society, whatever group that saves abused animals, see if there's anything else you can do; I think you can also call the police to ask them for advice.
I think MAYBE a vet can get DNA evidence from the dog, depending on what the owners have done to him.

Oh come on now .... be for real ... you really dont know what to do ? call the police , the animal control , department of conservation , the F.B.I. , city hall , animal abuse hotline,
etc etc etc
* as for proof take some pictures .... do you have a cell phone with camera ? you need to document everything you have seen and heard ... a witness would be a big help.
>> Good Luck i really hope you nail them sick perverts
put them in a cage and throw away the key

You should get the pictures or take some of your own. Maybe you should call the animal control and ask them what you should do. The best thing probably is call the ASPCA!!! You are a good person if you are telling the truth!

Call the Humane Society and tell them your suspicions. Ask their advise. You're right, it is odd. Are there children in the house? If there are this should be reported to the Child protection agency in your county. This may be something more than just a fixation with beastiality.

You don't have to prove it, just report them to your local ASPCA and they will go investigate and make up their own mind, if they suspect this is happening, they will confiscate the dog. They will not know who reported them either. For the dogs sake I hope you report it.

Report to the ASPCA. You will find the appropriate information for your state on the ASPCA website.

Call the cops. They can run tests for evidence of semen on the dog.
