Well let's see, he probably didn't have one till he was about 12, but he was a demi-god so let's say 10. So in 23 years did he ever have a sexual thought? I am thinking that he probably did, the question would then arise who was he thinking of when he had it?

Who's to say he didn't? It is human nature after all. Even if he was the Son of God, he was human. No one can know for sure what his every thought was.
