This is probably what every man wants to know, I know that not all women are the same, but if I get a few different answers I could choose the best for me and hope it works. Sometimes it's difficult for us men to understand a woman and approaching a woman can be a nightmare sometimes, mabey this will help a few of us men out there, and in turn, help you women.

There is no point in 'chatting up' a woman. What is the point of it? I can only think that only a desparate unattractive man would have to try a stunt like that.
Take my advice. Stay at home and read a book, water your plants, buy a newspaper, drink some coffee, eat spaggetti, watch tv, get a life.

Say hi, make eye contact and offer to buy a drink. Then just start chatting normally, just as you would with a bloke, well not exactly the same but you know what I mean. Don't talk about football or anything like that unless she starts of course. But don't try to talk about "woman" things like shopping and that either. Just talk about mutual things.

what always gets me are the following things:
1. Care about how you look - appearance isnt everything but it sure helps.
2. Talk about her......ask her questions, tell her about yourself....talk and get to know each other --physical attraction is important but so is whats on the inside.
3. Notice the small things about her and tell her........new haircut, cute outfit, and compliment her. A woman loves to be told she looks great.
4. DONT BRAG TOO MUCH - ITS A TURN OFF & NEVER BE A CHEAP SKATE.

Act super confident (border line cocky) at first.
Just ask casual questions, acting uninterested, and try to get a conversation going. Be funny in a dry kind of way..
anyway, good luck.. if you do a good job she might give you her number or something. (at least her email address)
