Ribeye steaks, veggies, and salad
Put broccoli or asparagus in a casserole dish, add a bit of water, cover with plastic wrap, and put in microwave for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, coat ribeye steaks with Montreal Steak Seasoning. Lay on broiler pan. Coat other side. Slip into oven and broil 4 minutes per side for medium rare. While veggies and steaks are cooking, dump a bag of salad greens into a bowl and add chopped raw veggies and fruits to it. Make a dressing of 3 parts olive oil to 1 part balsamic dressing. Add some garlic powder, salt and pepper, and some feta. Toss. Dinner is served in about 15 minutes.

2 lbs chicken breast (skinless)
1 can Cambell's Cream of Mushroom
1 can Cambell's Cream of Chicken
1 small can of Chillie's Diced
1 small can of Jallipano's Diced
2 handfulls of Onions Diced
Flour Tortillias
Shredded Cheese
Cut up the chicken into bite size peices and then cook the Chicken until done. In seperate pot pour in the Cream of Mushroom & Chicken, Chillie's and Jallipano's. Add Chicken when it's done. Stir until it has been boiling for about a min. and then take off and put into a flour tortilla add the cheese and wrap it up like a buritto and enjoy.
If you don't like it hot don't add the Chillies or the Jallipanio's.
Also the cream of mushroom and chicken taste better if you get the one with the herbs and spices in it. Can't recall the excat name of them. But they are near them.

Sloppy Joes, with gound beef, or Turkey.
Brown the meat in a skillet. (about a pound or a bit more)
Add one can Campbell's Chicken Gumbo Soup.
Add Ketchup, Mustard, Worchestershire sauce.. Just about every condiment in the fridge..Some salt and pepper, a tablespoon of brown sugar if you like..
You can add a can of tomato sauce or tomato paste with a little water if you like it saucy!
Scoop it up onto hamburger buns,, add some cheese on top if you want. Cheddar or Monterey Jack is good.
Your tummy will thank you!

My best... god I have millions! My favourite is one I made up...
2 pita bread
few tbsps of prepared pesto
few slices of "fresh" mozza (or reg stuff if you dont have other)
1 cup of cubed cooked chicken
Turn oven on to about 400C, spread pesto on both pita to your liking, add bits of cooked chicken, and a few slices of mozza. Takes less than 10 minutes to cook... done when cheese is melted.
*For a vegetarian version remove chicken and add a few slices of cherry tomatos.
**this makes a good appetizer minus the chicken if you can find those little teeny tiny pitas

cook about a pound of ground beef with chopped onions, season to your liking. Once cooked, wrap the beef in a tortilla and then place in a baking pan. Brush tortillas with raw egg and place in the oven and broil till slightly brown and crispy.
Serve with veggies and rice - great way to fill the men!!!!
