Well definately you either win her over or you don't.
But this worked once. I offered to pay at dinner when the guy grabbed the check. He said "I got it" and I asked if he was sure. He said "Yea, you get it next time." And I said OK! So he already guaranteed a second date before the end of the night. Next time came and he paid anyway... great trick.
But you shouldn't have to trick anyone, if she didn't like you enough to want a second date, she won't go. Simple as that.

Quit worrying about "making her think" things. You can't make her like you, only dislike you. be who you are, and if she likes it, she'll continue to see you.
Show more interest in her than how you come off to her. Don't be too self-absorbed. Try a little empathy.
Ask her about her, her interests, experiences, stories, opinions, feelings about this and that, thoughts on the future, etc. When she shares this with you, relate to it or share your own thoughts.
