1st Book, Book of Genesis, 1st Ch. it is mentioned - It says ‘Almighty God created the Heavens and the Earth, in six days and talks about a evening and a morning, referring to a 24 - hour day. Today scientists tell us, that the universe cannot be created in a 24 hour period of six days Point No.2 - Bible says in Genesis Ch. No. 1 Verses No. 3 and 5 ‘Light was created on the first day.’ enesis, Ch., 1 Verses, 14 to 19 ‘The cause of light - stars and the sun, etc. was created on the fourth day’. How can the cause of light be created on the 4th day - later than the light which came into existence on the first day? - It is unscientific.

The bible does not give reference to twenty four hours per say anywhere.
The sun was the greater light to rule the day, the moon was the lesser light to rule the night.
Also, time is measured only by man and not by God.
A thousand years is as one day with God.

The first light in the new universe was God Himself... God is light.
The universe, as we know it, is not how it was in The Begining... It has changed a lot over the years...No one knows what it was like in the begining... and never will. And no one "Knows" How it was made...not even those of us of The Christian Faith. We know that God did it, we do not know how.
Science only has theories, not facts, concerning "the begining". And those theories can not be proven scientificaly as they can not be "scientificaly observed". Some day God will reveal what He wants us to know about all the contrivercy... till then it is all theory...
All science is from God... thus all science is good. It is man mucking it up that has caused all the mess man is faced with from the misuse of science. If science was used as God intended it all mankind would live in peace and plenty.

It's unscientific to think that someone that has been dead for three days opens his eyes and begins to live again.
Every religion in some way, shape or form can be disputed, but not disproved, by the human institution called science. Faith is the cornerstone.

Those discrepancies are easy to explain. The bible is a work of fiction, conceived and written by many different men so of course there will be lots and lots of contradictions and errors. No surprises there.

God can do anything. He is not bound by time. Spirituality is not a science. You can believe what you want, but don't expect to sway anyone's beliefs by this poorly wrought statment.
