Once a day, in the morning, unless:
1. I go swimming that day. Then it's three times - once in the morning, once before swimming and once after swimming.
2. It's a Sunday during football season. Then the shower often waits until Monday morning! : D

I take one every night. I run at night when it has cooled off because this summer the mornings have been too hot to run. Or if I've been working out in the yard or mowing I'll take a cool shower. Showering more than twice a day can strip your skin of natural oils that keep your skin soft. Depending on what I've done that day I might shower twice that day. But usually I'll shower once.

I take a shower everyday, sometimes twice a day. Maybe three times. During school days i take one in the morning, when i come home from school, and before going to bed. But once a day is the least.

On the weekend right when I get up, and if I've sweated during the day a lot or was outside I will take a shower right before I go to sleep. On the weekday I take a shower as soon as I get home from work.

Sometimes I go 3-4 days without showering or bathing. If I don't stink, why should I? Anyway Chlorine in the water hardens arteries, so ultimately it's bad for you unless you have a shower head filter.

I take a shower everyday. It's good to keep your largest organ (dermis) clean and healthy. I usually take a bath once a week also. I cannot stand people who have bad odor, I would love to ask them if they smell themselves but I'm too nice. Clean skin is healthy skin!!

Can't you smell? I mean TELL? LOL Nah, I shower every day, and in this infernal heat, sometimes I'll step into a cool shower several times a day.

I shower very night..sometimes more. I take a bath mostly to relax..but that is in addition to the shower.
