we talk almost every day on the phone, sometimes about the job, and sometimes about each other, what do you like and what do. sometimes i fill like he just wantes me as a friend... dont know. what can i ask him, what to do to get answers.

You should have a clue by now. If you think he does then ask if he'd like to hang out sometime after work. Start touching his sholders, arms and legs. Then move to holding his hand sometimes. If he is comfortable with this then he really likes you.
Anyway, you should work on your verbal relationship as well. Tell him, "I think I've fallen for you" and see how he responds.

I know I'm not a guy - but guys don't invest all that much time talking on the phone unless he's in to you. Ask him to a movie and see how it goes from there.

Really, just ask him. No, Bullsh!t. Or ask indirectly. More times, guys will fold if asked how they feel in a an aggressive manner. Sincerity is the key though.

just keep treating him like a friend, since that's the best foundation for a romantic relationship anyway. eventually you'll get to the point where there is no doubt about his intentions, especially ESPECIALLY if you're clear about yours. does he know you feel this way? why not? expressing your interests is a sure-fire way to find out if he's aiming for the same endeavors.
