I prefer thin square crust - that's how the pizzas were made when I was a kid. There was this little joint up the street with a huge brick oven - took up one whole wall! - & they made the best pizza I've ever eaten in my life. Wow - it was so good! Hard to believe it's been almost 30 years since I got pizza from there; of course they're gone now. Places like Pizza Hut or Papa John can't compete with the mom & pop pizza joints!

I like a round pizza since every piece has an equal amount of crust. Also prefer thin crust because it's not as heavy in your gut and you can taste all the toppings better.

Hubby likes thick crust, and I like thin crust! I always prefer the round pizza. Visit New Haven; the pizza capitol of the US! Loads of great apizza places. Pepes, Sally's, The Spot, Moderns, etc.

Square thin crust. Fits in the oven well and not too doughy.
