NO! It means let all the Children believe in God and get saved. This is what happens when the Bible is taken out of schools, ppl who are athiests and assume this stupid assumption.

matt19:14 but Jesus said, "Let the children come to me, and do not prevent them; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."
In content, the verse is saying not to forbid little children to come to God but the kingdom is for them as well.

This is a parable. Basically it says that how you teach your children is how they will (usually) turn out. We have seen that with the various religious groups that target children (CYO, AZA, etc). We have also seen that with other groups such as the boy and girl scouts. If can also go the other way as in the hitler youth.
