I thought I was one of those people who would NEVER be able to lose weight. I had been fat since I was a teenager and had come to the resignation that I would never be one of the "beautiful people". If you aren't eating it you aren't putting it on...
All of this diet pill junk is just an excuse or I guess an aid to enable you to feel like you're doing something, but yet not doing what you know you should be doing. Besides alot of that crap is plain not good for you.
Watch "survivor" ever notice how these people lose weight while they're on there?
All the other is hype.
Eat to sustain your body..look at food as fuel, not an emotional attachment.
I hate to exercise, so to maintain my weight I eat less..I'm not doing much to burn the fuel, so I don't need alot of fuel..common sense!
Harder than diet pills..but that's because it works..
