Since I have come a long way in my life in learning self esteem and knowing that I am worthy of it, I certainly feel I could make restitution to any that I have wronged. But I would have to realize that I did so and of the consequences that I did, due to it. Because I also have been wronged and I see no one coming forward to make restitution to me. That doesn't mean that I wouldn't do so anyway. I just need to know what it is I have done before hand. I am unaware of any wrongs I may have done but if they were brought to my attention, I would make restitution in short order and would do so in a way that they would know I am sincere about it........

If restitution means saying I am sorry and making up for the trouble I caused, then, yes, I do that quite easily, once I realize I have been in the wrong.

Let's say I'm working at it. The need to make restitution is Biblical, but it's hard to do in real life.
